2010 (B8) Brake Upgrade - need guidance

I am due for new brakes and thinking about just going whole hog and upgrading everything. I have a couple of questions.



1. I have 19" summer wheels, but only 17" for winter. What size brakes would accommodate the 17" wheels without interference?



2. Any recommendations on after market brake kits?
