starting problem

hi...i got my A3 2011 sent check up not winning so far, it often wont start but at times starts at 2nd attempt or 3rd attempt and i hav to switch it on for few seconds before it can attempt to start. technician says he changed battery - relays- ecu - been there 2x already not winning still...any help? jhb|south africa |
