Driver Information System (DIS) and Phone Problem

I have a 2011 Q5 which works perfectly fine with my samsung note before this, (receiving calls, accessing phone book from both MMI and DIS all without problem). However, this morning the DIS doesn't allow me to access my phone book (phone book option missing), I can only access my phone book through MMI. Anyone had this issue? Please help!
