2010 Audi S4 Android music streaming

Hey everyone!

I just bought a 2010 Audi S4 very recently and absolutely love it! However, I'm having some trouble connecting my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) to the car for music streaming. Ideally, I'd like to be able to charge my phone, stream music from it, and keep it near the arm rest/cupholders. Additionally, I'd love to be able to stream music from multiple different devices (both iPhones and Androids). Unfortunately, my S4 can only do voice calls over Bluetooth and doesn't have the AUX port in the arm rest.

I've seen DIY posts where people have routed an AUX cable from the glove box to the armrest, but I'm very inexperienced with such car modifications and would rather not screw anything up. Additionally, I don't really have any time at this moment to undertake a project like this.

I just thought of a pretty easy solution that seems plausible but I haven't been able to find any information about it online. If I bought a USB MMI adapter and a Bluetooth dongle, would I be able to stream music to my car like this? I could use a 12V outlet to charge my phone and keep it near the armrest. If anyone has tried this, please let me know if it worked or not! I'd rather not buy adapters and dongles that I wouldn't need otherwise.

If my proposed solution doesn't work, does anyone have any other solutions? Any input would be appreciated!!
