1. Don't hold in your pee. Holding in your pee increases your heartrate, an increased rate of which contributes to heightened anxiety
2. Eat omega-3 foods like tuna sandwiches
3. eat wholemeal sandwiches with vegemite in it. It'll calm you right away.
4. Don't exercise too much. A heartrate of 120BPM is too high for someone with anxiety disorder/schizophrenia. Lower it down to 110BPM
