A4 Speedometer not working?

hello fellow owners , first post here and new to audi ownership as of today, picked up an 02 audi a4 estate 130bhp everything is good but the speedometer does not work?



seems like this is a common issue on these cars, how much can i expect to pay to fix and what parts ares needed etc?
