Leaking coolant from this..thing? What is it? (Pic Inside)

I'm leaking coolant. Sometimes not a lot, sometimes quite a bit. Found the source (I think?).. So the hard pipe that connects to the bolt? It's leaking from right under there.. what is that piece? Maybe it's an o-ring?
