Gt30 turbo inlet?

if i use this turbo 4" inlet how do i keep the MAF and other hoses do they sale a costume one inlet hose? like the 034 motorsports for the gt28 series 3" inlet. or do i have to run a filter of the turbo and no maF? its for a 2000 audi a4 1.8t im just confuse about this.:confused: sorry if i make 0 sense lol ahah
