NEED HELP WITH SUGGESTIONS Pulling my tranny on my 2.7t

I need some suggestions on pulling my tranny I'm confused if I should go underneath the car and just pull the tranny or if I should pull the motor and do it from there please let me know which method is the easiest and te fastest I am rebuilding my transmission code EMP
