AHU 90bhp with pd115 turbo

Hi everyone i need abit of help , i currently have a 90bhp AHU engine , I am running a PD130 inlet manifold , with a PD115 ajm turbo and exhaust manifold , I have fitted the pd115 turbo with a few mods to the oil feed and return pipes but being a wastegatted turbo my original turbo had two vacume pipes to the turbo , one for the actuator and one on the side of the turbo that come from the solinoid , when i connected the vacume pipes to the new turbo i had no boost or any of them creating a vacume so for the minuite i have took the feed that was for the egr valve and ran it to the actuator so i have boost but now im running too much roughly 10 to 20 psi when i put my foot down in 3rd .

Now my question is , is there anything else like the soliniod from the ajm engine i need or can i use a manuel boost controller ? any help would be much apreciated
