Asked awhile back and no one had an answer, so I just did it.
I really wanted the Neuspeed exhaust for my 05 B6 USP. 3.0 6-speed that has been discontinued for some time. Just a bit richer sound.
Ordered and had installed with ZERO issues Part number 30.02.41. a B7 S4 exhaust system. Everything bolted together and went right on. Only personal issue was drivers side hanger had lost some tension and needed to be replaced.
So . If you want a certain exhaust system thats been discontinued or they claim doesn't fit. Yes it will. B6/B7 A4/S4 3.0, 3.2 and 4.2 are all exactly the same.
