headlight swap?

hello, I am thinking about purchasing an Audi A4. my buddy has one and i absolutely love it... however it has these headlights

TYC® - Audi A4 2010 Replacement Headlight



and i was wondering if i could swap these headlights in instead?

Replace® - Audi A4 2009-2011 Replacement Headlight



i assume i will need a ballast and new bulbs?

is it a simple plug and play swap? or is there some conversion needed?
