Lowering issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK guys so I had my a4 b6 1.8t lowered today. The front went great looks like it should. however the back actualy lifted an inch and a half from stock what the hell? I am taking it back to the shop on monday what can they do to fix it? They are tein s-tech springs and I got them new from tein! They said something about the audi being a multilink suspension car and need to be preloaded in the rear? what do I do?Thanks
