Noise at idle

I recently had a huge **** storm of misfire issues. I replaced the coil harnesses, coils, spark plugs, and suction pump. Since then the CEL has remained off although I feel a rough idle and rough start. During a cold start, the engine makes a loud noise and struggles. When the engine is warm, the noise is a lot quieter and the engine runs smoother. There is a constant noise that is heard at idle but disappears during higher rpms. Any ideas as to the cause?
